Online Therapy That Fits Your Life
About Us
At My Couch Online Therapy, we know that reaching out is a challenging step. Whether you feel anxious, depressed, mentally exhausted, disconnected, are struggling with addiction, or just need someone to talk to; we are more than happy to connect with you. The first and most important step for successful therapy is connection. For this reason, our first priority is creating a space where you will feel safe, secure, and respected. We want you to open up on your own terms and in your own time as trust is built together. As trust is established, we will work with you to overcome any challenges you're facing by building awareness, understanding, and skills to take back mental control and create lasting positive change.

Our focus is on providing the best care in the most convenient way to allow each person to achieve their goals without disrupting their lives. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based treatment strategies to ensure that you get the most from every session and start to feel better as soon as possible. They are also specifically trained in teletherapy (video) sessions so you can connect from any location that is convenient for you.
We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and well informed about your mental health and options for therapy. Feel free to call or email if you have any specific questions or would like to know more about the process. We’d be happy to talk with you and will typically respond in 24 hours or less.
