Anxiety Therapy
Individual therapy sessions focused on helping you through the anxiety that you are experiencing by increasing awareness, understanding, skills, and mental control through insightful collaboration with an experienced therapist.
Creating a deeper awareness allows us to understand that our anxiety comes from specific thoughts that can deeper rooted in situations, experiences, or desires that we have previously experienced. This can be explored more in depth in sessions with your therapist as they help you to see different connections that will increase your level of insight and help you to find solutions by understanding these deeper roots. Throughout these sessions, you will also work on different mental, emotional, and behavioral skills and strategies to overcome your anxiety once and for all. Addiction Therapy
Individual therapy sessions focused on helping you to overcome the addiction that has been so hard to stop alone. By working with you to understand your unique situation and what leads to your addictive behavior, you and your therapist will come up with a plan to put this behind you for good.
In sessions, you will collaborate with your therapist to uncover and understand the deeper roots that your addictive behavior comes from. Often times a person wants to stop a behavior without understanding what the function of the behavior is, which leads to trying to stop through “pure will power” and doesn’t give lasting change. Throughout sessions, you will work on understanding how to address these deeper roots to find positive mental and emotional change which will make it much easier to control your impulses and temptations to relapse. You will also work on finding healthier, more sustainable coping mechanisms that will make the addictive behavior something of the past. Depression Therapy
Individual therapy sessions focused on helping you through the depression that you are experiencing by giving you a space to openly and honestly talk through what you’re going through while giving you the support, encouragement, and tools that you’ll need to start feeling better quickly while having lasting change.
As you connect with your therapist, their first focus will be on making sure that you feel safe, secure, and respected so that you can feel comfortable sharing the things that are most important to you. As this trust grows, you and your therapist will work together to build confidence, skills, and mental control to encourage your personal growth while overcoming the depressive symptoms you’re dealing with.
