A collaborative therapy resource for healthcare providers
Many patients present in primary care with concerns that are closely connected to their mental health—anxiety, depression, chronic stress, sleep difficulties, burnout, difficulty adjusting to life changes, and feeling overwhelmed.
My goal is to provide patients with a supportive, practical, and evidence-based therapy experience that helps them understand what they're experiencing and develop the skills needed to improve their daily lives. My practice is exclusively virtual which allows patients to connect from the comfort of home and removes the barrier of getting to a physical office.
My Approach As A Therapist With Over 10 Years Of Experience

Grant Koenig, MSW, LCSW
Founder and licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey (44SC05805400) and Indiana (34008369A)
I approach therapy with a teacher's mindset: helping patients understand not only what they are experiencing, but why it is happening and how they can respond differently.
When people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, they are better equipped to make meaningful changes that continue beyond therapy.
Treatment focuses on:
• Understanding patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional difficulties
• Developing practical coping skills patients can use in everyday life
• Improving confidence, emotional regulation, and problem-solving
• Building healthier habits and perspectives that support long-term wellbeing
Patients I Commonly Help
I work with adults experiencing:
• Anxiety and excessive worry
• Depression and low motivation
• Stress and feeling overwhelmed
• Burnout and difficulty maintaining balance
• Sleep difficulties related to stress or mental health
• Life transitions and major changes
• Relationship challenges
• Difficulty understanding or managing emotions
Why Refer?
Patients often know they are struggling but may not understand why, or they may feel unsure about what therapy can offer.
I provide a structured, approachable therapy experience that helps patients:
• Feel understood and supported
• Gain insight into what is driving their challenges
• Learn practical tools they can apply outside of sessions
• Create sustainable changes in their lives
I also understand the importance of communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers. My goal is to be a reliable resource for your patients and make the referral process straightforward.
A Collaborative Partner in Patient Care
Mental health and physical health are deeply connected. Addressing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional wellbeing can play an important role in helping patients improve their overall quality of life.
If you have a patient who may benefit from therapy, I would be happy to connect and discuss whether I may be a good fit.
