Hi, I'm Grant Koenig, licensed psychotherapist and founder of My Couch Online Therapy. I know that struggling with anxiety can be very overwhelming, but you've come to the right place if you're looking for help. One of the main reasons that I decided to become a therapist and start my own practice is because I have personally struggled with anxiety and depression and know the pain and discomfort that comes with this. I have since found different ways to reframe and refocus my thoughts and emotions to currently be much happier, healthier, and more well equipped to connect with people going through similar challenges.
Because of this, my passion is to help others work through the anxiety they're experiencing to become stronger and more resilient versions of themselves so they don't have to experience this mental pain any longer. I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals work through and step out of the cycles of stress, anxiety, and panic utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we will uncover the root of your anxiety and build practical, effective tools to help you regain control of your life. Because we meet virtually, you can get the support and skills you need without the added stress of sitting in traffic or a waiting room. I also know that reaching out and waiting for a response can be frustrating, so I will typically respond within 24 hours and can schedule a first session within a week if you’d like.

Where are you located? My practice is 100% virtual. I am licensed to see patients physically located anywhere in Indiana or New Jersey.

Do you take insurance? Sessions are processed through out of network benefits. The session fee is $215 and typically 60-80% gets reimbursed via insurance. Check your specific insurance benefits HERE.
